N.D.S. Naga Seema, Ph.D. (Psychology), is currently an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Health Psychology, School of Medical Sciences, University of Hyderabad, India. She is involved in teaching to students under undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs for a substantial period of time. She is a recipient of Young Scientist Award 2010 instituted by the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, one of the oldest professional bodies in India that is dedicated to the field of Psychology. Her research activities are focussed primarily on Health Psychology and specifically on Community Health Psychology, Health Communication, and Biopsychosocial health of women, and Yoga. Dr. Seema has been involved in content development and visual aids in e-learning for University Grants Commission-Consortium for Education Communication (UGC-CEC) and MOOCs. She has to her credit several national and international publications including edited book.
